Walsh regard the promotion of Health, Safety and Welfare measures as a mutual objective for Management and Employees at all levels.
The Company has undertaken to take all reasonable measures to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all employees in fulfilling its moral, legal and economic responsibilities.
The Company recognises its responsibility with regard to legislation which affects it’s activities e.g. CDM and the Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations.
It is a Management duty to provide the correct circumstances under which work may be carried out safely.
All employees are reminded that they also have a legal duty, not only to work in a safe manner, but also to co-operate in the efforts made to create safe working conditions.
